Jenny Fischer is a dynamic Canadian actor based in Toronto, originally from Waterloo, Ontario. With a strong foundation in both the sciences and the arts, Jenny earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Human Kinetics before transitioning into the world of acting. Shortly after joining her local theatre community, she booked her first acting job, quickly establishing her commitment to her craft. Jenny continues to refine her skills in acting for film, television and on stage, studying and expanding her knowledge of both the performance arts and the industry. She consistently seeks new opportunities for growth and development in her career.

 

She is set to appear in season 2 of Amazon Studios' Gen V, from The Boys. Other recent work includes her role in the feature film The Protector, starring Chelsea Clark (Ginny & Georgia) and Munro Chambers (Turbo Kid). She led in the award winning short Abnegation as well as the feature Bloodslinger, Travis Turner, and Mommy. She has appeared in the Netflix series Ponysitters Club among others.

 

​Outside of acting, Jenny is certified in personal training with a rich background in competitive sports, having served as the captain of her high school rugby team and actively playing hockey on a weekly basis.  She has studied Laban movement and enjoys a wide range of activities, including hiking, surfing, archery, sewing and other hands-on pursuits that keep her both physically engaged and creatively inspired.
